No. Employee usage is completely private. The employer receives only aggregate analytics (e.g., "12 employees used the platform this quarter") — never individual estate data, case details, or personal information.

Does this cover all types of loss?

LastingPath covers estate administration for any deceased family member — spouse, parent, sibling, child, or other relative. Any loss where the employee becomes an executor, heir, or beneficiary is covered.
